Summary

Feeling the gap between their intellects, Shi Shu kept going and asked, "So what are your plans for the future?"
"Since we're in ancient times," Xie Wuchi said calmly, "Of course, I'm going to be the emperor."
Shi Shu, whose world revolved around gathering pigweed, was speechless.
Xie Wuchi truly was cunning and ruthless. Shi Shu, bewildered, became his follower, watching helplessly as he went from a penniless nobody in a small village to a powerful warlord capable of conquering the world.
Shi Shu benefited from this, riding on Xie Wuchi's coattails and enjoying a smooth-sailing life.
But one day, Shi Shu discovered a shocking truth: they were part of a group time-travel system. The only way to return to their original world was to become the ruler of the world and eliminate all other time travelers.
"No way!" Shi Shu exclaimed.
He looked at himself, empty-handed and completely reliant on Xie Wuchi, and then at Xie Wuchi, who was already a ruthless warlord with countless lives on his hands. Xie Wuchi was still oblivious to this fatal rule.
Shi Shu took a deep breath.
