Fan Shen agreed so easily that Xiao He actually felt a bit embarrassed.

He hadn’t aged, but his heart seemed to have grown old.

Like an old man who was afraid of being lonely.

After breakfast, Xiao He had another group outing, so he had to get ready to leave.

Fan Shen didn’t have much to do, so he offered to drive him there.

Xiao He felt that having such an excellent son was really something to be proud of, so he quickly nodded, pleased.

The two of them drove towards the activity center. They entered the main venue through a special passage, and were surprised by the lively scene before their eyes.

There were so many people there. It was just an annual meeting, but the website had been running for so many years, so it was quite high in popularity.

Xiao He had a meeting with his fans this year, so he was a little nervous at the moment.

In the end, he was an otaku. He could write and draw, but he wasn’t a public figure like a celebrity, so he really felt a bit nervous and ill at ease.

But he soon relaxed, because he wasn’t the only one at the meeting. His friends were there as well, sitting on the side.

He felt a lot calmer in their company.

He signed his name and took pictures over and over again, and noon soon came.

Fan Shen came to bring Xiao He a cup of water, and he unexpectedly ignited the audience in a moment.

It stood to reason that there weren't many girls using their website, but the strange thing was, there were a lot of girls among Xiao He’s fans, to the point that it made his close friends envy, admire and hate him.

And when Fan Shen appeared, the girls started screaming one after another.

Xiao He was pretty used to this. His son had grown up too handsome, so there were few girls who wouldn’t be attracted once they saw him.

But he guessed wrong this time. He saw all those girls who were gentle and cute just now have their eyes light up. They impatiently raised their hands and asked, “Papa Xiao! Papa Xiao! Is that your sweetheart? Sure enough, you have a boyfriend, right?!” The excitement hidden in their words was clear to see!

Xiao He: “...”

What the hell was this! He really was gay (he’d already acknowledged it), but he and Fan Shen had a purely father-and-son relationship!

“He’s my son,” Xiao He helplessly explained.

But his words didn’t change public opinion, and louder screams burst out instead. “Oh my God! Father and son! Father and son! Father and son! They’re really father and son!”

Xiao He still didn’t know what meaning they were drawing from this. He smiled and nodded. “That’s right, we’re father and son.”

As soon as he said this, there was a wave of suppressed gasps.

Xiao He didn’t feel like he’d said anything wrong, but his adorable fans started to confess. “Papa Xiao, we love you, love you, love you, love you forever!”

Xiao He: “...”

Sure enough, he was gay. Why did he feel like it was so hard to communicate with these girls? He didn’t understand where their excitement was coming from at all!

After a whole day of activities, he was quite tired. Xiao He tactfully declined going to the evening event his close friends suggested, and went back to the hotel early with Fan Shen.

He didn’t drink tonight, and was only a bit tired. Xiao He went to take a shower, and when he came out he happened to run into Fan Shen.

At eighteen years old, the boy had already developed very well. He was a meter and eighty-five centimeters tall, his chest was rugged but not over-muscled, and he had naturally elegant abdominal lines…

Xiao He looked at him and really felt a little envious.

He would forever be pasty and limp as a noodle, but Fan Shen was always so attractive.

Comparing yourself to others would really only make you angry.

As he put on pajamas, Xiao He said, “There was a time when you were little that you really liked to wear my clothes. Now it’s great...if you put on my clothes they’d probably burst open.”

Fan Shen was startled. He went back through his memories for a bit, and realized the time he was talking about.

At that time, he and Xiao He had just started sleeping in separate beds. Every night, he was tormented by his desires until he was sleepless all night long. When he was young he was impulsive, and it seemed that all he needed to do was smell his scent to be satisfied.

So he took his clothes.

When he thought about it, he’d done quite a few ridiculous things like that, but...his father didn’t notice at all.

Should he be glad or unhappy?

Fan Shen couldn’t tell.

He said they’d sleep together, so they really did.

Xiao He lay next to Fan Shen and had a good night’s sleep for once. He even unconsciously clung to Fan Shen’s side because the air conditioner was turned up high at night.

Fan Shen stretched out his arm a bit, and Xiao He curled into it, found a cozy spot and slept as comfortably as a cat.

It was too bad Fan Shen couldn’t think of sleeping.

He was surrounded by Xiao He's scent, and he was in his arms. His thin summer clothing wasn’t much of a barrier between them at all, and his warmth and softness passed faintly through the cloth, making countless wild thoughts arise in Fan Shen's mind.

Fan Shen endured it for a long time, and finally couldn’t take it anymore. He got out of bed and went to the bathroom for a cold shower.

But no matter how cold the water, it couldn’t quench the blazing heat inside of him. He looked at the erect member beneath him, thought of how Xiao He looked when he was moaning with arousal, and reluctantly took care of himself.

When he came out of the bathroom, Xiao He was still sound asleep.

Fan Shen felt a little like he didn’t dare to get close to him. Being able to fall asleep holding him was a pleasure, but it was a torment as well.

He turned and went to his bedroom, sat by the window, and saw the painting on his desk by moonlight.

That painting of the woman Xiao He said was his mother.

Fan Shen picked it up and looked fixedly at the woman in the picture.

The corner of his mouth rose lightly, but the depths of his eyes were full of icy shadows.

Thanks for giving birth to me.

But...

Why did you have to have me with him.

His fingers tightened, the fragile drawing paper twisted, and the beautiful woman in the painting lost shape.

Fan Shen sighed softly, and finally let go and put the drawing back.

It was already late at night, but Fan Shen didn’t feel sleepy.

He wanted to go see...what else was in that safe.

What else could there be in the past that Xiao He hid so seriously?

He rose and left the room, going to Xiao He’s bedroom with light steps.

Xiao He was sleeping defenselessly, and he even had the indistinct hint of a smile at the corner of his lips.

Fan Shen’s heart itched from looking at him, and he couldn’t resist giving him a light touch on the lips, but he didn’t dare to do anything more.

After all, Xiao He wasn’t drunk this time, and was only asleep. If he happened to wake up, Fan Shen would have no way to explain this.

Fan Shen took the safe out of the closet, and entered the password with a few slight movements of his fingers.

He hadn’t known the password before. Xiao He was always very careful, and he changed it often. But yesterday, he’d probably panicked a little, and he hadn’t closed the door. Fan Shen had seen it clearly.

Once he entered the password, the lock automatically popped open. Fan Shen opened the lid, and even in the dim light he could see clearly that it was full of a thick layer of about a hundred paintings, meticulously stored away.

When he thought that this was full of pictures of Ayr, Fan Shen couldn’t help but frown.

He was just about to take them out for a look when he suddenly heard the faint sound of footsteps outside.

Who would come here at midnight?

Suddenly alert, Fan Shen quickly closed the box, rose and stood beside the door.

It couldn’t be a staff member at this time of night, but would a thief come to a hotel like this?

No matter who it was, Fan Shen first pressed the help button that went straight to the front desk, and then he took a steel bar down from the closet and stood guard beside the door.

He looked out through the crack in the door, and the scene that entered his eyes made his pupils abruptly contract.

There were dozens of men in black out there. What exactly was going on?

Seeing that one of the men was about to find their room, Fan Shen narrowed his eyes and got ready to defend himself.

But before he could do anything, the man kneeled down with a thud and said respectfully, “Young Master, I’ve come to bring you back home!”
