Entering a Split Personality — Chapter 53

Xiao He’s life instantly went from chaotic imagination to divine happiness.

He was happy to a degree that he couldn’t describe in words.

Yun Qing treated him very well. He listened to him in everything, and he was always with him.

From the time he opened his eyes in the morning to when he fell asleep at night, if Xiao He wanted to see him, he could do so at any time, no matter what Yun Qing was doing or where he was.

He spent the daytime however he pleased, and he enjoyed the nights a great deal as well.

Xiao He hadn’t known just how much his master could spoil him until now.

Whatever he wanted, he could have. If he was tired, then he could rest. His master never hurt him for the sake of his own desires, and he never left him aching or exhausted.

In the beginning, Xiao He had still been a little reserved, but he slowly grew used to it. Afterwards, he felt like he was truly being spoiled rotten.

If he wanted Yun Qing to speed up, he’d speed up; if he wanted him to slow down, he’d slow dwon.

When he was fast it was as fast as wild wind and torrential rain, making Xiao He so excited his skin tingled; and when he was slow, it was steady and deep, thrust after thrust, precise and exact, stimulating him until he couldn’t tell up from down.

When Xiao He was with Yun Qing, he enjoyed pleasure that he’d never imagined before in his life. He carved this man deep into his bones and imprinted him on his heart.

He loved him. Any further words of love couldn’t express a thousandth of the feelings in his heart.

He wanted him. He wished he could wrap around him every night, because only then could he pour out all the longing in his heart.

This happiness was enough to intoxicate him, but when he woke from his dreams at midnight, Xiao He still felt a little restless.

He’d achieved his desire. He knew that his master loved him, and he had everything before him. But deep inside his heart, in a place that couldn’t be touched, he was afraid.

He’d obtained it, tasted it, knew how wonderful this kind of life was, so he didn’t dare to imagine what it would be like if he lost it.

This kind of thought only had to raise its head, and Xiao He wouldn’t be able to fall asleep.

And Yun Qing was paying close attention to his every move.

His master hugged him from behind, kissed his fair neck and asked lowly, “What’s wrong, don’t want to go to sleep?”

Xiao He stiffened. His back toward him, he didn’t make a sound.

Perceiving the difference in him, Yun Qing turned him over and met his eyes. “If there’s something on your mind, you have to tell me.”

The night was hazy and the moon was pale. Under the faint light, Xiao He looked at the man so close to him, unable to find the slightest flaw in his features.

Something so perfect it seemed unreal would make one feel a little nervous.

Xiao He inexplicably felt a little impatient. He arched his neck and kissed him.

Sparks ignited in Yun Qing’s pale eyes. He held Xiao He’s head and deepened and intensified the kiss, adding a gorgeous tinge of scarlet to the dim light that filled the night sky.

Xiao He kept panting, his feelings constantly aroused. When Yun Qing brought him to his climax, Xiao He held him dizzily, unable to come back to himself for a long time.

Yun Qing hadn’t finished, but he didn’t keep moving.

Xiao He felt it, so he panted and said lowly, “It’s fine, keep going.”

Yun Qing pecked him lightly on the lips, a smile in his eyes. “You’re still young, but you should show some concern for your own health.”

Xiao He blushed with embarrassment, but he didn’t want to make Yun Qing hold it in. “Master, I’m fine, you…”

Yun Qing blocked off his words. He kissed him delicately for a while before saying, “There’s no need to mind me. If you really wait for it to calm down, you’ll only be able to lie there unconscious.”

Xiao He trembled.

Yun Qing held him and said unhurriedly, “I want to talk with you. Tell me, what were you thinking of just now?”

When Xiao He heard him ask this, warmth suddenly bubbled up in his heart. He understood how considerate Yun Qing was.

His master noticed there was something on his mind, so he held back, wanting to let him say it, so it wouldn’t weigh on him anymore.

Such great care and concern was enough to make him so moved he didn’t know what to do.

Xiao He buried himself in Yun Qing’s chest and said, muffled, “Master, will you always love me?”

Startled, Yun Qing understood what he’d been in a tangle over, and the smile in his eyes deepened. He moved next to his ear and said lowly, “I only wish I could tie you to my side, so how could I bear to let you go?”

His hot breath made Xiao He shrink a little, but he still persisted in saying, “But my cultivation base isn’t high, and I’m not very capable. Compared to you, I’m practically useless. I don’t know what you like about me, but I’m afraid that you’ll suddenly stop liking me. When that time comes, I…”

“Don’t undervalue yourself.” Yun Qing’s voice was graceful, and he spoke lowly and unhurriedly, with a kind of charm that put the heart at ease. “You have a resolute will, and you grew up to be so outstanding all by yourself. Your aptitude is very high, and your heaven-sent physique only comes maybe once every hundred years. It’s just that you’re still young. If you have a little more experience, your cultivation base will surely grow by leaps and bounds. When that time comes, your name will naturally be known everywhere.”

“Besides…” Yun Qing held him a little tighter, “Have you ever considered that you’re still young, while I’m already almost a thousand years old? You’re clean, transparent, pure and untainted, while I’ve already gone through this dirty world and I’m utterly filthy, so how am I worthy of you?”

Xiao He’s heart abruptly trembled, and he anxiously looked up, saying quickly, “Master...how can you think this way? You’re so wonderful, so…”

Yun Qing didn’t let him finish thinking. “But in my heart, you’re a hundred, a thousand times better than me, and I’m afraid you’ll turn your back on me.”

Xiao He grew more anxious. “How could I…”

“Why couldn’t you? I’ve long since realized that I’ll be in love with you all my life, but you’re still young, and you haven’t yet experienced the wide world. How do you know you won’t meet someone better in the future?” Yun Qing gently stroked his back, sighed and said, “I’m your senior by so many years, so I lack the vitality of the young. I’m just afraid that you’ll find me boring someday, and leave me from then on.”

“That could never happen!” Xiao He hurriedly interrupted him. “Master, you’re the most beautiful person I’ve seen in my life, as well as the most powerful, and you’re the one I love the most. In having you, I’ve obtained the entire world. How could I look at anyone else?”

The words he spoke on impulse were so moving they intoxicated Yun Qing’s heart and mind.

When he realized what he'd said, Xiao He felt a little flustered, but he wasn’t willing to lower his head. Once he thought of the dejection in the depths of his master’s eyes just now, he felt unbearably anxious. He looked straight at Yun Qing, and the unconcealed affection in his eyes was so intense it was like fine wine beyond compare, making Yun Qing willing to fall into addiction.

Yun Qing looked at him and said softly, “Xiao He, I’m very happy.”

You said that I’m your whole world, but actually, you’re the one who lit up my world.

It wasn’t until I had you that I knew that life could be so sweet.

They'd been talking nicely, but in the end it turned to moans and sighs again. But Xiao He no longer had any misgivings.

He let it go all at once. Being able to experience a period of time like this in his life, he was content.

Even if he would lose everything in the end, he was no longer afraid.

The moth flew into the fire, and even if it lost its life, it had obtained that colorful brilliance that no one could reach.

Happy times flew by, and around two months seemed to pass in the blink of an eye.

Today, Yun Qing went out, but he didn’t take Xiao He with him.

Xiao He couldn’t help but ask, “Where are you going?”

Yun Qing kissed his forehead. “There’s a small matter that I have to take care of. If nothing unexpected happens, I’ll be back tomorrow.”

“Okay.” Xiao He nodded. “I’ll wait for you.”

They’d never separated before, so when they suddenly parted, Xiao He felt that the day passed by unusually slowly.

But he told himself that he had to get used to it. No matter how much they loved each other, they were still two independent individuals. Especially his master, who was very busy, and couldn’t keep him company every day.

After straightening himself out, Xiao He began to cultivate.

Once he entered meditation, time would fly by. Xiao He wanted tomorrow to come a bit faster.

But this thing cultivation was all about calmness and concentration. Xiao He wasn’t in the right state, and he couldn’t enter meditation at all.

He’d wanted to rely on cultivation to pass the time, but it turned out he’d put the cart before the horse. He couldn’t enter meditation for the life of him, so he couldn't pass the time, and made himself more irritated instead.

He couldn’t meditate, and if he forced himself to cultivate, he was afraid something would go wrong. Xiao He had no choice but to give up.

In any case, it was already the afternoon. He only had to endure until nightfall and go to sleep, and his master would be back tomorrow.

Xiao He forced himself to while away the whole afternoon in the garden. When night came, he washed up early and got ready to go to bed and sleep.

But just when he’d tucked himself into his cloud-like blanket, he heard the sound of the door opening.

That’s great!

His eyes crinkled into crescents. He was just about to get up when the person who came pressed him right down, and a passionate kiss fell on his lips.

Xiao He moaned softly, but when he smelled the familiar scent, he didn’t resist at all, and wrapped his arms around the man’s neck on his own, deepening the kiss a little.

They’d only separated for one day, but Xiao He had missed him to his bones. He responded eagerly, letting him do as he willed in his mouth, winding around his tongue and kissing him until it hurt a little.

In the midst of his passionate delirium, Xiao He faintly felt that his master was a little too rushed today.

So rushed that he only kissed him for a while before tearing at his clothes.

His sleeping robe was loose, and he wasn’t wearing anything under it. Such rough movements easily messed up his clothes.

And “Yun Qing” held him, wanting to thrust straight in.

Xiao He held his neck, and when the man released his mouth, he opened his eyes, wanting to call out to him lowly, but he saw gorgeous red hair like the morning sun.

Abruptly...all of his passion was like fire met with ice, doused until only ashes remained.

Hong Qing, it was Hong Qing!

Xiao He suddenly came back to himself, and he instantly reacted. He took advantage of when Hong Qing was unprepared to struggle violently, escaping from his arms.

At a critical moment like this, Xiao He actually pushed him away. The red-haired man licked his lips and said in a rough voice, “Xiao He, don’t make trouble, let me in. I haven’t touched you for so long, and I missed you a lot.”

Xiao He hadn’t heard what he said at all, and just stared at him unwaveringly.

They had the same features, but he could easily tell the two men apart.

This wasn’t his master, this was Hong Qing.

After disappearing for two months, Hong Qing had returned.

During this time, he’d almost completely forgotten about this matter!

What should he do...what should he do?

He and his master had already confessed their feelings for each other. He absolutely couldn’t continue his relationship with Hong Qing.

But...he couldn’t defeat Hong Qing, so if he used force…

The next moment, Xiao He suddenly thought of something else.

If he let Yun Qing know that he’d gotten hopelessly involved with his master's junior disciple, how...would he look at him?

His heart instantly froze. Xiao He felt waves of ice water pouring into his chest, chilling him until his face paled.

Hong Qing noticed the difference in him, and he couldn’t help asking softly, “What’s wrong? You’re this afraid of me?”

Xiao He abruptly came back to himself and said anxiously, “Hong Qing! Don’t come looking for me from now on! We absolutely can’t meet again!”
