Entering a Split Personality — Chapter 54

“Don’t come looking for me from now on! We absolutely can’t meet again!”

Hong Qing frowned and asked, “Why not?”

Xiao He calmed down and said lowly, “My...my master knows about my feelings for him.”

“Oh…” Hong Qing’s eyes flashed faintly, and he added a few words for him. “You two are happy together now?”

Xiao He nodded. He was a little afraid that Hong Qing would get angry and do something unreasonable.

But to his surprise, Hong Qing didn’t show the slightest sign of anger. Instead, he moved closer again, pressed against Xiao He and said, “That’s fine, that’s between the two of you. I don’t mind.”

As he spoke, he grew a little impatient again. “Okay, Xiao He, don’t talk about that for now, let me have a kiss, I really missed you…”

He didn’t even finish speaking before he covered his lips without further explanation.

Xiao He couldn’t avoid him, so he could only glare at him. But after lying with him so many times, Hong Qing had long since grown familiar with his sensitive places. He only touched Xiao He slightly, and made a layer of moisture rise in those eyes that were originally full of anger.

This appearance enticed Hong Qing until he felt an unbearably strong desire, and wished he could taste Xiao He immediately.

But Xiao He’s heart was full of incredulity.

He’d already explained to this point, so why was Hong Qing still doing this?!

He couldn’t have a relationship with him again, he absolutely couldn’t!

Xiao He pretended to comply, and when Hong Qing relaxed his guard, he suddenly drew back, escaping from him.

He said, panting for breath, “Hong Qing, I said that we can’t do this anymore.”

After being repeatedly pushed away, Hong Qing felt a little discontented. He looked at him and said, “Why? I already said it doesn’t matter. I’ve long since known that you love him, and now that you’ve confessed your feelings to each other, I wish you well. But that doesn’t affect you and me…”

“How could it not affect us!” Xiao He said loudly, “Doing this with you would be betraying my master, and how could I betray him?!”

Hong Qing was startled, but he soon said, “He won’t know.”

“This has nothing to do with whether he knows or not. I love him, so I should be loyal to him. I could never do something like this behind his back.”

Hong Qing wasn’t a very patient man, or rather, we should say he’d never known how to write the word “patience” from the start.

Xiao He’s persistence made him involuntarily get a little irritated, but he didn’t want to make Xiao He angry, nor did he want to lose him. So he suppressed his emotions and said softly, “Xiao He, just treat me like I’m him. In any case, we look exactly the same…”

His current attitude was practically one that was softly pleading with him. Xiao He wasn’t a cold-blooded person, so how could he not be moved?

But...this wasn’t right. How could a relationship accommodate another person?

But Hong Qing knew Xiao He’s weaknesses well. With this face, no matter what he said or did, Xiao He would be very lenient.

Hong Qing continued saying softly, “Just relax and it’ll be fine. He’ll never find out, and I won’t bother you either. As long as I’m here, just keep me company, okay? It doesn’t matter if you treat me as him, and it’s fine if you call out his name. Xiao He, listen to me, I really missed you, missed you so much it hurt right here.”

As he spoke, he pointed to the place his heart was.

Xiao He looked at him, and was suddenly shocked.

He abruptly understood that Hong Qing might have never known his own feelings at all.

But...he understood, so he couldn’t continue to indulge him.

“Hong Qing, listen to me.” No longer so agitated, Xiao He calmed down and said heavily, “It’s not fair to treat you as my master. You’re you, and he’s him. Even if you look similar, you’re different people. The one I love is him, and love is like the eye, unable to tolerate the slightest sand.”

“So you’re saying…” Hong Qing’s voice was very soft, “That you won’t see me anymore from now on?”

Xiao He knew that this was cruel, but only a sharp knife could cut through a tangled knot. This was best for everyone.

“We’ll never see each other again.”

Hong Qing’s eyes sank slightly. He looked at him quietly and said in a voice so low it was almost a whisper, “What if I refuse?”

Xiao He took a deep breath, brought a dagger out of his ring and pressed it against his own neck without the slightest hesitation. “I can’t beat you, but I can kill myself.”

Hong Qing’s eyes abruptly narrowed, his dangerous gaze dyed with a tinge of scarlet.

But Xiao He didn’t blink, unusually resolute.

The two men met each other’s eyes for a long while, and in the end, Hong Qing looked away. “I understand.”

Hearing him say this, Xiao He let out a breath of relief inside.

The red-haired man rose, and as he turned to leave, he said deeply, “Xiao He, I like you.”

Xiao He abruptly stiffened.

Soon after, the man’s voice came again, soft, rough and shaded with a strong sense of loss. “But you don’t have me in your heart at all.”

Hong Qing left, but Xiao He sat there in a daze for a long time.

But in the end, he finally sorted himself out and relaxed.

It could only be this way, and this was the best way.

He was the one who turned his back on Hong Qing. It was a pity he didn’t even have the chance to apologize anymore.

But an apology was completely useless anyway.

Never meeting again in their lives should be the best outcome.

Xiao He wrapped his clothes tighter around himself and lay on the bed in a daze.

He didn’t know how long had passed. Half-asleep, he heard the faint sound of the door opening.

Xiao He’s first reaction was to wonder if Hong Qing had come back again.

He got up in a flurry, looking up to see a figure as clear and cold as moonlight in the night.

Long black hair and white robes. It was his master.

Xiao He let out a breath, but he couldn’t help feeling a little restless.

He’d been too happy before, so he’d forgotten about Hong Qing. But now that Hong Qing had appeared, though it seemed like they’d broken it off, he’d buried a knot in the depths of Xiao He’s heart. It wasn’t easy for him to relax right away.

But he didn’t want his master to notice, so he collected himself and was about to speak.

But Yun Qing leaned down and kissed him.

“Ah…” Xiao He let out a broken sound, but that soft cry was blocked off as well.

Xiao He felt guilty at heart, so he was unusually yielding. He looped his arms around Yun Qing’s neck and offered himself up like a sacrifice, letting his master kiss him wantonly.

But his attitude made Yun Qing’s movements pause slightly.

A hint of a question flashed through Xiao He’s aroused eyes, as well as overflowing desire.

Yun Qing’s eyes darkened slightly, and he leaned down and kissed him forcefully.

The fierce kiss was full of passion and intense heat.

Yun Qing played with him until he couldn’t hold himself up.

And Xiao He complied with him in everything, wishing he could give him all he had.

The room filled with the charming color of scarlet, flowing on ceaselessly.

Towards the end, Xiao He fell into a bit of a daze.

His master took him so many times he couldn’t really keep track anymore.

Before he could rest a little, his master filled him from behind again. Xiao He experienced a tingling numbness that trembled down to his bones, but he couldn’t help pleading softly, “Master, I’m tired.”

“Be good…” Yun Qing sucked on his earlobe from behind him. “One more time, just one more time.”

He’d already played with Xiao He until he couldn’t speak, and could only make broken sounds.

But after this round, there came another one.

It wasn’t until Xiao He’s consciousness began to grow fuzzy that he vaguely realized that something was wrong.

His master...had always made allowances for his health, to the point where he’d rather suppress himself. He’d never taken him so many times in one night.

They’d parted for a whole day, but that wasn’t enough to make him do something like this…

Xiao He’s heart trembled, and looked up at the man above him. He looked at him earnestly, but no matter the angle, he couldn’t find the slightest difference.

Was this his master or not?

Xiao He felt a little afraid, and very distrustful.

But he couldn’t ask.

If this was his master, and he asked, his master would definitely be suspicious, and then he wouldn’t be able to explain.

If this was Hong Qing, then what difference would it make whether he asked or not?

He felt a chill in his chest. Xiao He forced his head to clear a little, then said, “Master, I’m tired, let me rest, okay?”

In the past, he’d never needed to say something like this, because Yun Qing had never let him get this exhausted from the start.

But today he’d said it. If it was his master, then he’d definitely stop.

If it wasn’t…

Yun Qing kissed his fair neck and said softly, “Alright, I’ll take you to the bathroom.”

Xiao He’s heart suddenly fell back into place.

It was his master, this was definitely his master.

The tightness around his heart eased, and he couldn’t help moving closer and kissing Yun Qing on the cheek.

But this one tiny movement made Yun Qing abruptly stiffen and look down at him.

Xiao He looked into his eyes with a smile, but when he saw them clearly, his heart thudded.

“It turns out I’m this different from him.”

Panic flashed through Xiao He’s eyes.

The man before his eyes seemed like he didn’t want to conceal himself from him anymore. In the deep black night, his inky long hair seemed washed with blood, turning gorgeously, ostentatiously red. And those pale eyes gradually darkened as well, and once stained faintly red, they filled with unbridled willfulness.

“Xiao He, because it’s him, you can throw your arms around his neck, and give yourself up freely. Because it’s him, you can let out such pleasant sounds without me tormenting you, constantly calling his name, constantly saying you love him. Because it’s him, you can let him do whatever he wants, without the heart to refuse no matter how many times it takes, constantly wrapping around his waist, devoting yourself to him.”

Xiao He’s eyes widened, his face pale, his heart falling into a bottomless abyss.

“I didn’t know without trying it, but after trying it…” Hong Qing buried his head against his neck, a gloomy chill in his voice that couldn’t be dissolved. “...I’m jealous, so jealous I’m about to go mad.”

“Hong Qing…” Xiao He’s voice was trembling. “Don’t…”

“Do you want to tell me no? That won’t do…” Hong Qing licked his neck and suddenly applied force, dragging a sound from Xiao He’s throat. He said in a low, gentle voice that seemed blended with honey, “I’m already inside, how can I stop?”

Xiao He grasped him rigidly, already sobbing. “Please, Hong Qing, stop...stop…”

“I can’t.” Hong Qing kissed him thoroughly, red rising faintly in his eyes, slowly, unhurriedly, like a gorgeous flower that would only bloom in hell. It spread open layer by layer, like thorns that couldn’t be cut. He wished he could carve the boy in front of him into his bones.

“Don’t refuse me anymore.” The man’s voice was sweet and soft, as if he were saying the most pleasant words of love. “Or I’ll show him all the pictures of us having sex, so he can have a good look at how you pant sweetly under me.”

The author has something to say:

I was going to update this tomorrow, but after thinking about it I still updated… But tomorrow’s update will definitely be a bit late, and it might not be there at all 😅…

The main thing is that my little shou is having his birthday today, and I might have to spend the whole time coaxing him until he’s happy. Darn, it’s not easy being an overbearing president,  /(ㄒoㄒ)/~~

2 hours and 39 minutes for 2,156 words, or 7.4 minutes for every 100 words. A decrease in rate by 0.3 minutes. Wow, a whole chapter in just two and a half hours! I translated three pages in an hour, I feel like that’s a record.
